Carla Gomes is the Founder of Syno Health, created from her vision to help shape the next generation of healthcare: one that looks beyond treating illness and places greater emphasis on prevention, early intervention, longevity and personalised care.

Carla is an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Her clinical background spans Emergency Medicine, Major Trauma, Orthopaedics and Primary Care, giving her a broad medical foundation and a strong understanding of health across both acute and preventative settings.

She holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice and a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine. Alongside her clinical practice, Carla is a Clinical Educator for a leading aesthetic academy in London, supporting and mentoring healthcare professionals as they develop their practice within aesthetic medicine.

Her vision for SYNO is rooted in a more proactive approach to health: identifying concerns earlier, understanding the individual as a whole, and helping patients optimise their health, skin and wellbeing before problems progress.

Carla's approach combines clinical expertise with honest advice and highly personalised care. Whether addressing a medical concern, improving skin health or providing aesthetic treatment, her philosophy remains the same: treatments should be considered, evidence-based and tailored to the individual.

Dr Jaisyn Patel is a London-based doctor with a multidisciplinary background spanning surgery, aesthetic medicine, medical innovation, and preventative health.

He graduated from the University of Manchester Medical School before completing several years of surgical training across Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, and Trauma & Orthopaedics, followed by a Clinical Fellowship at University College London Hospitals. His surgical experience developed a strong foundation in anatomy, procedural precision, clinical judgement, and patient safety—principles that continue to underpin his approach to patient care.

Dr Jaisyn subsequently specialised in aesthetic medicine, completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine (Level 7). He provides bespoke injectable and regenerative treatments, with an emphasis on natural-looking results, facial balance, and individualised treatment planning.

Alongside his clinical work, Dr Jaisyn has a strong interest in education and the advancement of medical practice.

He holds a Master’s degree in Surgical Innovation from Imperial College London, where his research explored the potential of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, robotics, and wearable health systems to improve patient outcomes and shape the future of healthcare.

His interest in preventative, personalised, and future-focused medicine also led him to co-found LV8 Health, where he serves as Medical Director. LV8 Health is a physician-led longevity and preventative medicine platform combining advanced diagnostics, biomarker analysis, and data-driven health optimisation to support long-term health, wellbeing, and performance.

At SYNO, Dr Jaisyn brings together his experience in medicine, surgery, aesthetics, and preventative health to deliver a considered, evidence-based and patient-centred approach to care.

Lina has over 15 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident, refreshed and comfortable in their own skin.

She specialises in lymphatic drainage massage, body sculpting and advanced skincare, creating personalised treatments designed to support your body, enhance your natural shape and leave your skin looking and feeling its best.

Binish is the Clinic Manager at Syno Health, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic and supporting the delivery of a safe, professional and patient-focused service.

With a strong background in healthcare compliance, governance and management, Binish plays a key role in ensuring that Syno Health maintains high standards across its services. Her responsibilities include operational management, HR, complaints management and overseeing Duty of Candour processes, while supporting the clinic's wider quality and regulatory requirements.

Binish holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management and brings valuable experience in CQC compliance and healthcare governance. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, well-organised environment where patients feel listened to, respected and confident in the care they receive.
